1:1 Therapy

In times of change and uncertainty, having the right support can make all the difference. Personal therapy can offer a space to explore challenges, develop new perspectives, and strengthen your wellbeing.

I am a Contemporary Psychotherapist and I see therapy as a collaborative conversation – a tool to help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s complexities, and create meaningful change.

My approach is integrative and client-focused, which means I tailor our sessions to your specific needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques to offer the best possible support to you in the present moment.

My Experience

I’ve worked therapeutically in the NHS and private sector for a number of years, with clients experiencing a range of difficulties across the lifespan. My training and practice incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Systemic Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Schema Therapy & IFS
  • Eco-Therapy & Nature Therapy

Using an integrative and person-centred approach, I combine elements of these modalities to create a therapy experience that is tailored to you.

Why People Come To Therapy?

Do you even need therapy? People come to therapy for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Work Challenges
  • Relationship Challenges
  • Trauma
  • Loss and Grief
  • Self-Esteem & Confidence Issues
  • Substance Use Concerns / Disordered Eating
  • Navigating Change and Life Transitions

People also come to therapy because they are feeling stuck or looking for a change, or sometimes they are not sure why, they just come. Whether you are looking to resolve a problem or simply seeking to be heard, therapy can be supporting space to express yourself and facilitate change.

Some More About Me

In addition to my private practice, I work as a specialist mental health trainer and keynote speaker, delivering talks and workshops to organisations around the world.

Beyond my therapeutic work, I am also a mountain guide and forest bathing facilitator, helping individuals connect with the therapeutic benefits of nature and the outdoors.

I currently offer online therapy sessions via Zoom or Teams during the week between 08:00 – 20:00, so we can find a time that suits.

Getting Started

If you’d like to explore how therapy might help you, I invite you to book an free initial consultation. This is a short, informal conversation where we can get to know each other, discuss what’s happening for you at the moment, and see if my working together might be helpful.
